vue框架中将上传的图片用base64格式保存的方法及代码

近期在一个vue项目开发中,系统要求用H5点击按钮触发上传图片或拍照上传,上传的图片使用base64位传输到后台,最终实现身份证拍照识别功能。根据官方提供的文档,结合网上资料和自己的实践经验最终实现了这个功能,将现代码过程分享出来供大家参考。

1、设置一个按钮和一个隐藏的input,点击按钮是触发按钮上传图片和拍照功能
